Boot Bananas exists to quiet that voice.

We were born out of real sweat, ingenuity, and the realisation that it’s the little things that shake our confidence.
So we built a simple, natural fix for a problem everyone has and no one loves talking about.
Then we wrapped it in warmth, honesty and a bit of humour, because shame was never the answer.

This isn’t about freshness for freshness’ sake.
It’s about what happens next.

When your gear’s sorted, your head clears.
When the awkward stuff’s handled, you stop holding back.
You show up lighter, freer, more you.

It’s care you can feel.

A note from the Founder.

Climbing changed the way we see the world.

When you're on the wall, everything matters, your feet, your gear, your partner, the rock, the weather, the whole environment around you.

You learn trust. You learn respect. And you learn that confidence isn't optional - it's essential.

What people don't say out loud is that something as small as opening your kit bag and smelling your damp, stinking shoes can knock that confidence in seconds. It takes you out of the moment. It makes you feel more vulnerable, uncomfortable, less ready for action, less alive.

We didn't want a toxic or plasticky fix. Climbing made us far too aware of the environment, and the importance of looking after it - which includes making your gear last as long as possible.

We wanted something natural, something that really worked, something you could reuse, and honestly something that made us smile.

So we made Boot Bananas.

We made it for climbers at first, but it didn't stay there long.

It found its way into football boots, roller boots, running shoes, dance bags, wet suits, helmets, school lockers, work boots, anywhere people rely on feeling good to show up fully.

What we love most is the spirit of who we are has never changed from the beginnings: to be curious, enjoy life, be honest, care for people, your community and the planet, and make things that genuinely help people to do all those things.

Boot Bananas started as a simple idea and somehow became a way of helping people feel confident, cared for, fully alive and happy, whether they're chasing big dreams or just surviving Tuesday.
